Make an appointment

You can set up time for meeting with us in two ways:

1. In person or Zoom session with our team on a 1:1 time/session
2. In person with mental health professionals is available 3rd Thursday of each month from 5-6 pm cst (30 minutes sessions). The sessions with psychologists/professionals is in person only. Subsequent sessions as needed can also be set and are free.
